IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially it relates to the health and comfort of occupants. IAQ can be affected by various chemicals, including gases (i.e., carbon monoxide, ozone, radon), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulate matter (PM) and fibers, organic and inorganic contaminants, and biological particles such as bacteria, fungi, and pollen. The effects of indoor air pollutants range from short-term effects - eye and throat irritation - to long-term effects - respiratory disease and cancer.
ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) for AHU & FCU
ESP (Electrostatic precipitator) works on Anode-Cathode principle. All airborne particles, even of 0.01?m size, are electrically charged (positively) as they pass through a high voltage ionizer. These charged particles are then attracted to and adhere to a series of parallel collecting plates. Purified clean air will discharge to create clean and healthy indoor air quality.

Smoke Eliminator
Smoke is a collection of airborne particulates and gases emitted when a material undergoes combustion or pyrolysis, Together with the quantity of air that is entrained or otherwise mixed into the mass. It is commonly an unwanted by-product of fires. Many compounds of smoke from fires are highly toxic and/or irritating. The most dangerous is carbon monoxide . Smoke inhalation can therefore quickly lead to incapacitation and loss of consciousness. Air Sterilization
Air sterilization acts on airborne microbiological organisms or microorganisms. Unlike filters, which collect pollutants as they pass through HVAC system, ultraviolet light purifiers neutralize the pollutants. A properly installed UVC light disinfectant system will emit doses of short wave ultraviolet “C” light as the air passes through the system. The highly intensive radiant UVC light kills these spores, mold, bacteria and viruses carried in the air. UV light has been proven for decades to effectively disinfect air, surfaces and water. EPA has shown that UVC purifiers to be 99% efficient at inactivating below harmful contaminants.
